I am 32 and have suffferd panic attacks from severe to mild since I was 16... I have recently cut out the refined foods, sugar and alcohol, but I have stayed away from caffiene for years.. any how I now take fish oil 3 times a day and a multivitamin and I make sure I get some exercise.. I can tell you this has helped me a great deal.. the shortness of breath is an anxiety symptom
