My Wife has a lot of "shortness of breath" she is 26 weeks, is it normal?she complains a lot and is obviously having trouble breathing big full breathes, it is not asthma, which she does not have.
do you know if it is a normal situation due to the expension of the foetus pushing on the lungs?

yup the baby is taking up room in there and so all the other organs have less room! it is very common to have shortness of breath! have her talk to her OB about it at the next visit he/she may beable to give her some advice on how to get some deeper breaths in!
