what is that "tea pot" allergy thing? How do you use it and whats it called?

It's called a neti pot. I know a couple people who use it and they absolutely swear by it. I just haven't gotten up the nerve yet! LOL

I've attached a link below for you. I know Walmart and Target both have them. Almost any place with a pharmacy should; they are that "big" right now.

The Neti pot has been around for years and years and is always in the process of being rediscovered by people who feel that sinus meds have too many side effects. It is a low tech, cheap, and effective way to wash out your sinuses. It looks like a little teapot that you pour water (mixed with a little kosher salt to keep it from burning) into one nostril, tilt your head and the water plus whatever the water picked up in your sinus cavity rushes out the other side.

The process is about as appealing as it sounds, but at least it's private.

The high tech way to do the same thing is with a water pik and a special attachment. They sell them here:
