Asthma Info: Why does my heart sometimes hurt?

Why does my heart sometimes hurt?Can it be heart burn? Or something.... Cause it happens alot, And sometimes when I Breathe in like yawning... My heart hurts? I can't explain the pain but yeah... I'm only 15 and this happens is this normal? And sometimes my chest feels soo tight and when I breathe it hurts? It's really weird... And sometimes when I breathe it sounds REALLLY weird like I finished running or something, When I wasn't doing nothing at all... that usually occurs at night when I'm laying in bed or or something... and it sometimes happens during the day when I don't do nothing at all and just sit around... could it be asthma? And also I lose my breath alot, and it happens for like 10-20 minutes... or longer. and my cousin always makes up jokes like " LMAO you're getting old like my grandma you might have to start using a imulizer. ( I think that how you spell it.. ) it's a thing that her grandma has to use cause she has trouble breathing and she has to sit there with a thing on her mouth or something... And I'm to scared to tell my mom. So what do I do?
But.. that's the point I don't want to hear the results the doctor has to say...and this has been happening for alooooong time now for like... 5-7 months now? and no one knows... soo it could be really bad right now not sure though. and I'm WAAAAY to scared to tell my mom cause like I said... "I hate telling my mom stuff and I NEVER tell her anything!!" Like in school I get bullied alot and I never tell my mom... I'm to scared of what she'd do... And I'm to scared to tell her cause I don't wanna see her reaction to that, and tell her how long it has been happening she might freak out or something....? =/
Oh can it really be high blood pressure? Cause some people said it could be low blood pressure.

You should tell your mom, I know it is scary for you but you might want to let her know. If you do have a serious problem you need to catch it early. The doctor will run some simple tests on you and maybe draw some blood. But you will feel much better knowing whether or not you have a problem.
