My dog ate one allergy capsules "Antihistamine", diphenhydramine HCI 25mg?She is Yorki. She is going to be 5 month old and she weights around 3 lbs. What can happen to her? I hope nothing!

That's a very large dose of antihistamine for a very small dog. You should phone your vet for advice.

Diphenhydramine is also used as the primary ingredient in common sleeping pills. 25mg is a relatively large dose. Just give her plenty of fluids, maybe even a little milk, and she will probably just sleep it off.

That large of a dose would be fine for a Labrador, but not for your Yorkie. It can cause respiratory depression and lethargy. Contact an emergency vet.
