Shortness of breath, constant stomach rumbling?

Hi,I did the following:

Shortness of breath, constant stomach rumbling?Hey,
For the past 6 months or so my stomach has been constantly rumbling, and it feels as if I really need to go to the toilet - but when I do I just fart and the feeling goes for a while.
This has become highly frustrating and embarrassing - especially when a classroom is silent and my stomach grumbles loudly.

On what may be a totally unrelated matter, I find that I get "out of breath" very quickly - sometimes even after just walking up the stairs from one classroom at school to another. I am not unfit - and when I run I don't feel very out of breath. It feels tight, and as if it is hard to breath.

I'm 18, weigh about 59kgs, and am approximately 6ft.

Does there appear to be anything wrong? Should I consult a doctor? Or is this normal?

Thanks,
@Banana.

I doubt that I'm eating a lot.. In fact, I'd say that I probably don't eat enough..
