You may have inner ear pressure i get that and really bad pain. Maybe a decongestion medication. Allergy meds dont usually have them unless they are like sudafed allergy or something.

If you mean that stuffed up, dizzy , headache feeling, maybe I can help. Take Sudaphed ( the stuff you have to sign for cause they use it to make meth, but it is still over the counter) and Excedrin migraine together. And drink tons and tons of water. It works for my hubby, my son and me. Hope you feel better.

Try Lohist it works for me. But you have to have a doctor write you a prescription for it. You may have from the sounds of it some head congestion as well, and may want to try something for head congestion. Also they have me use a saline nose spray once every morning this helps you clear out your sinus allergies.Hope you feel better soon. Best wishes.

The allergy symptoms are affecting your inner ear - which provide human's sense of up/down, motion, tilt, etc. Your inner ear is clogging up, slowing down your senses for balance.

Recommendations:
1. talk to a doctor; an ENT (Ear-Nose-Throat) preferably.
2. drink more water.
3. move your head very slowly.
