breathing troubles, please help?am a 20 year old male, and for the last couple of months I have been having some weird problems with my breathing. First off, I went to an ent and found out that I am allergic to grass, maple, mold, cockroaches, dust, corn, soy, lettuce, onions, beef and pork, and also discovered that I have a moderately deviated septum. I have found that my nose is almost always congested, and even when it clears up briefly I still cant breathe out of the right side, so after a couple minutes of nose breathing I will have to mouth breathe in order to catch my breath. The ent also said I had a case of post nasal drip, which I attribute to the deviated septum. I can breathe a lot better through my mouth, but it just doesnt feel natural and whenever I am forced to do so I kind of panic and start to wonder things like "well what if i start having trouble breathing through my mouth" etc and then start breathing heavily. It seems like my throat is always slightly full of mucus and tight too, which makes breathing through my mouth seem inadequate sometimes. I do not think this is asthma, as I never have any wheezing or chest tightness, and I had two x rays of the lung, which both came out clear. Also whenever my doctor or mom (whos a nurse) listen to my lungs apparenbtly they sound "excellent". Im at a loss as to what I should do about this, can anyone offer me any insight?
how do you cure post nasal drip lol?

Probably post nasal drip, I have it and it often makes me feel like i'm going to choke on my own mucus and makes me worry sometimes. But panicking or worrying about it can make it harder to breath because anxiety or panic makes your chest tighter. But your probably not going to choke on your own mucus, the worst that can happen is mucus getting into your lungs causing phenomena, But that's a slime chance and trust me, You'll know it when you have it (your chest will be killing you when you breath)
