I don't know what to do about my weight . . .?I'm 12 years old and I'm about 5 ft 7 in. I weigh 156 lbs and I HATE physical activity. I have asthma so even running for like a minute or two will make me tired. I get sore easily so if I did about 10 burpees or jumping jacks or any other kind of easy physical activity, my whole body would get sore. If I ran up the stairs and then ran back down I'd be breathing HEAVILY. Even a few nights ago when I slept over at my aunts house and my cousin was sleeping on the couch beside me, I was just rustling in bed for a few seconds trying to get a good position to sleep. He could hear me breathing so heavily that he'd be like "Janiece, why are you breathing so hard?! Calm down . .". I'm so tired of complaining to my gym teacher saying the work is too hard and hearing kids laugh at me. It's annoying and embarrassing. Can someone please tell me what to do? I know its the weight that I have on that's making all of this happen to me. I want to loose it but it feels like there's no way. I don't look overweight and as a matter of fact I like my body, I think I'm pretty cute. But still, I'd rather choose being healthy over looking pretty. Any advice?

You should probably ask your doctor. And it also wouldn't hurt to lose about 10 pounds. It would definitely make gym work outs easier!!

if you have seen a doctor about your asthma thats a start dont be afraid to let her or him know hos sever it is after that try working on your cardio a little bit more but dont push yourself to hard maby try running up and down the stairs then catching your breath and doing it again the repetitive activity will make your lungs stronger. also try to eat as healthy as you can it will help your overall body heath

cut your coloric intake to 1400 to 1600 aday, eat a good size breakfast and a bigger lunch then a light supper. Walk for no less then 30 min a day and work your way up to 1 hour and 15 to 1 hour and 30 perday over a 3 week period. should be taking 140 steps perminute or more- think military cadence " left your left. left right left."

doubt that ur 5'7 bc that would be like atleast a lill higher than adverage andd so i used to be over weight as a child and i started cutting back my potions, going bycicling, (YOU HAVE TO EXERSIZE IF YOU WANNA LOOSE WEIGHT!), no soda, eat healthy, no junk food, a vegitarian diet would help also but yeah thats bacically it and bycling is the easiest way (:
