can you lose weight from running and eating right? i'm desperate?

Hi,I did the following:

can you lose weight from running and eating right? i'm desperate?okay so here's the thing. a few months ago, i was 110 pounds. now i am 122 pounds. i really don't know how this happened.
i'm sixteen years old and 5'5". i know most of you will be like "ohh wow shut up you're skinny" but i am so unhappy with myself and my body. i have love handles, a stomach, and huge thighs/butt.
i've always been self conscious about these, but i've never actually had cellulite on my body. i feel disgusting.

i go to the skatepark every tuesday, but i don't really break a sweat. how can i lose the weight that i gained?
i try to limit my amount of 'bad' foods as much as i can, but that's not enough.

i have asthma, and have never been athletic. i have a threadmill in my basement, would that help at all?

what could i do to see results? run for how long, how many times a week?

or do you have any other suggestions? any input is appreciated.

thank you so much!
i basically need structure in what i need to do to reach my goal.

my main question is HOW LONG SHOULD I RUN FOR and HOW OFTEN. or is there something else? any other suggestions that are constant? or something? i don't know. thank you.

try running for 30 minutes or an hour 5 days a week, also eat healthy and portions are really important, americans eat waaaay to big portions so eat what ever the serving size is.

To be honest, that weight is more than fine. I know girl that height that look "heavy" but still acceptable and they weight 150...I suspect your problem is more of a self-image thing than an actually eating/excercise problem.

So first of all, don't go overboard thinking your fat or whatever cause you're not...any doctor would tell you this based off your height/weight. I'd say do light exercise and eat health food and don't be so hard on yourself...

Running is always a good idea, no matter you reasons. Having asthma might make it hard for you to get into the "fat buning zone". You should see your doctor about that.
