Has your little brother/Sister ever been really sick or hurt and you really felt for them?

Do you find what you need? Look here!

Has your little brother/Sister ever been really sick or hurt and you really felt for them? When my youngest brother was 11 we were playing out side and we are really active kids. We were just playing around at the front yard with other friends from school all aged around 14-17. My youngest brother, Dylan was running alot and he stopped and stood there; and I saw him. His facial expression worried me, because he looked so scared and sick. He kind of moaned quietly and put his hand to his chest and bent over and then fell to the ground. I yelled out "DYLAN!" and every one looked. Dylan was on the ground, hands to his chest- trying to BREATHE! He was having a really big asthma attack and I was so scared and didn't know what to do. Dylan was sweating and really drousy and his eyes were rolling back and his breathing was getting softer- which worried me. We were like "Dylan- stay with us, stay with us- just breathe..in and out ..in and out slowly..come on buddy you can do it." I remember it all.It was like in a movie. My brother picked him up and we ran inside and called paramedics. They got there quick- but it felt like 20 years. They took him to hospital and he was admitted for 2 days. He was diagonsed with weak lungs or underdeveloped lungs...some thing like that! lol. and he has severe asthma and we now need to take his asthma stuff with him every where we go and needs to take treatment every day. It was sooo scary.

Have you had experiences with your little brother or sister where they are sick or hurt and you were really scared and felt for them? What happened?

THANKS! :) good to share experiences and let it out.

something like that happened with my friend....
it happened in school while we were studying. she started sweating, i thought it summers so she might be feeling very hot. Then she stood up to inform the teacher, and then suddenly she fainted and kept fell on me. i just got so scared. i just ran to the washroom to get some water without being bothered about others. till the time her parents came, i was with her in the school infirmary though everyone told me go back to your class. it was only me who ran up and down to call her parents, inform the teacher and to bring her stuff n all. i still remembers that scene when she fainted on me....

At the age of 8 I was attacked by a dog - VERY bad+++. It was a guard dog, I was at a plant shop with my Dad, brother and sister. Dad was inside paying for plants and my brother, sister and I went outside to watch some horse riders (there was a pony club/riding school next to the plant shop).
We could hear a dog barking, but took no notice. We all stood against the fence and watched the horses. There were at least 10 kids standing against that fence watching the horses that day, my brother (age 6) was on my right, my sister (age 7) was on my left.
The dog lept forward on its chain and the chain 'snapped' ~ I was literally THE thing/object what ever between it and the horses and he was not happy - it took 6 grown men to get the dog off me, I required 30 stitches to my face and am lucky to have the sight in my left eye (surprisingly you would never know it now!)
I have very little recollection of anything after my dad picked me up off the ground - YEARS later I mentioned something about it to my sister and was shocked at what a huge impact this had on her - she recalled things that I had no idea of and filled in many blanks for me.
When you share that love and bond with someone then anything that happens to you happens to them also.
