Where do you go to complain about cops/court staff for issues if THEY'RE the authority? lol?I've had bad cops at times who just stressed me out and hassled me and I didn't want to deal with them and I thought about calling 911, but then I realized, wait..THEY ARE THE AUTHORITY LOL!
Or I've had experiences in court where the judges, prosecutors, court clerks, etc were such egotistical, classist, narcissistic, disguis5ing, I won't even go further...that I just felt like ..I don't have to take that behavior.
Now..I'm NOT saying..their typical courtroom behavior. If they want to be strict, it's their courtroom so be it, I'm talking about things that may happen behind the scenes such as when you're talking to them privately or before/after court if they hassle you or say thigns about you, or start issues with you.....I mean, if they're the authority,,..then where the hell do WE (the nobody public) go to complain then?
Another municipality maybe?
I mean I'm sorry I'm not knocking ALL people in that field, but i've had some very bad experiences, and no I'm not a criminal or a repeat offender or anything serious, really...so don't assume that, I just pick up on it, it's very obvious. Some are nice and fair and what not, others go on ego power trips, and I can't stand it.
For example, I was really sick, had bronchitis/pneumonia/asthma problems, etc, on top of anxiety because of my finances lately, economy etc, and I was in NO condition or financial state to go to court on a certain date, and I called asked nicely if I can postpone it, etc,..and I got back a cold stern "NO. It's the judge's courtroom, he says no."
I then said "Alright, but I've gone to court other times and there was at least SOMETHING they could do, can't you do anytihng? Don't I have any options?"
She then goes "what's the issue?" So I said "health."
She goes, "no, come in, if anything happens, we'll call the ambulance."
So I drag myself to court, sick and all getting heart arrythmia, and taking pills just to function, tell the lady that i arrived, informed her of my situation, and another one basically made fun of me. She was like "thats the guy who was complaining on thet phone? Ahahahha..pffft."
So I felt like they were being mean on top of me already feeling like sh9t. Or like there were times where they'd give dirty looks, or are just unhelpful and the judges might treat you rude, or when cops pull you over they might not listen to you.
I even tried speaking to a prosecutor about my health issues, and he basically went "KKKKKkkk, i dont need to hear it, " cut me off, and just got straight down to business.
Then he flung pens at us, like we were at a concentration camp and he was hitler, for us to sign our plea bargains, etc.
I don't know, if you ask me....the whole court administration and cop/authority field is filled with the most N@sty pr9cks ever,...not all of them are like that but alot are, and they just seem to have no care, sympathy, or consideration for others.
Well here's my thing: I was wronged, treated unfairly, in other cases I didn't even get to, and feel VERY angry over it, and want to do something about it.
But the question is what do I do? How can we possibly get ANYWHERE when we're complaining against authority? lol.
If I do make an issue out of it, I'm not going to be all dramatic and nasty or rude, I just wanted to point out that they were treating my situation unfairly and complicated my health problems, and basically caused me uneeded misery.
On top of making fun of me/giving me attitude.
There must be SOMETHING we the people can do.
Oh also i find it so funny how ethics is listed with law. Law & Ethics. WHAT ETHICS? There are no ethics in law. Just cr00ked people, and hungry grad school students trying to make a buck, pass needless laws, and hassle people.
Sure there ARE criminals, but most people are just regular joes who just speed once in a while or make a wrong turn, and they get treated like sh9t, and lumped in the same category as hardened criminals. lol.
There are no ethics in law.
There is also no GOD in law, or personally in my opinion, in these people's minds, and lives, because they act like the biggest ung0dly people I've ever encountered in my LIFE, and if anyone has some great, unsarcastic advice, i'd appreciate it.
Sitting in a courtroom and witnessing what goes on is absolutely disguisting from the people charged all the way up to the judge.

Take a look at 42 USC s.1983 regarding violations of your civil rights. You can, in theory, sue the police officers, the training academy, the commissioner, the municipality and anyone who didn't stop them from violation of your rights, such as the failure to "properly train and supervise" law enforcement officers. It is somewhat more difficult to sue the prosecutors and judges (who may have nearly absolute immunity), but you can file "ethics" complaints with the local board of bar overseers (or equivalent licensing board) and try to have the issues investigated by their peers. Some very powerful people have been disbarred after such complaints, such as former presidents and other politicians.
