You need to get a broad spectrum wormer from-the vet not the kind you get at a pet store also go and put you dog on a dog food with higher calories . just go to a pet store and get an active formula dog food it is usually higher in calories , you should get your dog checked by a vet could have teeth problem or worms or other health problems
