Toilet paper dissolves, so put it in the toilet.

re use it???u cant recycle it coz tissues are recycled already besides what would the recycled product be used as itll have snot stains and things on it and itll be super thin

They can be made into compost

You can recycle paper infinitely as far as I'm aware.
I compost mine, perhaps you need to find extra grass cuttings or other green stuff to get a balanced mix of compost materials.
