How to make a convincing "free to good home" add?I have two cats that just turned 1 years old and I found out recently that I am allergic to cats sadly. They need to go. My allergies are wicked bad. I am giving them away for free. I am in the military and just moved to a new home so i don't have a car yet. How can I make a convincing add to make people want to take the cats asap?

Problem is people that take in cats that are for free you don't know exactly where they are going..most newspapers want you to put an amount..
can you go to local pet store and see if they can take them? this way someone has to buy them and they will take care of them..
give them away for free you have no idea what they will do to the cats,,there are so many dog fighting, and animal abusers..or take it to a shelter..but please don't put it up for free..

There's a pretty good chance the people who take them for free will only turn around and sell them to testing labs or pet food companies (ie. the cat dies) This is a very real threat. At least ask for $ 10 in order to deter these types of creeps. Says it's for food or whatever.
On the other hand, please consider a shelter with a zero euthanasia policy so that if the cats aren't adopted, they'll remain at the shelter until they are or die of old age.
I really hope you will find a loving home for them.
