Other people asked questions on various topics, and are still

answer them

Should I set my furnace fan to "auto" or "on"?It is a Carrier 110 series from 2004. The cost of running it is the main consideration. I have allergies so running it all the time helps for that.

auto is more energy efficient

If it helps your allergies then leave it on. "AUTO" runs whenever the heater or A/C are running.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO DO BOTH!

normally they are set to auto. that way they only run when heat/cool is called for. running it constantly would probably shorten the lifespan of the motor. set it to auto and take a benadryl. =)
