I really need something that will calm it down cause no matter what I use it just seems to be getting worse. I need something cheap cause money is hard to come by.

It is not T-cells that are dividing , it is the cells of the base layer of the epidermis that are. The normal time is about 328 hours for a cell to divide with psoraisis the time goes down to about 28 hours or ten times faster. This is not an allergy but rather an autoimmune disease with no cure. You can try the zinc over the counter stuff and see if that helps or you can take fish oil but the truth is that you need real meds to control this. Talk to a good dermatologist.
