Is it possible to be "Allergic" to stress?Whenever I feel stressed out I start getting a runny nose and start sneezing a lot. It happens when I'm working, or if I'm writing an exam, or doing chores I don't like, or even doing homework that's frustrating me out. It may not necessarily be an allergy, but can someone tell me what it is?
Note: I'm not "making myself" sick. My nose actually does get runny if i'm under stress.

its not exactly an allergy but stress does cause that... for me i get exema when im stressed... its perfectly normal.

i dont think so maybe u just make urself sick cuz i hav a friend whao does that

-Martine I
That's impossible... No one is allergic to stress, everyone gets stressed or anxious... Your a teenager of course you'd get sick from chores... Maybe you have allergies but it's not contributed to stress... You should try some stress relief methods... If it's allergies try some over the counter allergy meds
