I was given a plastic insert in my foot / ankle to replace cartilage. I've sulfur allergy. What can't I eat? This was done in the eighties, if that helps identify the type of plastic. I'm considered "mental" so I'm not given medical records. I don't know if this is to limit liability on the doctor's part or just prejudice, or the local mob sells identities and wouldn't find my medical profile an easy sell. Or what really...
The podiatrist that put this device in me is retired. The "medical records are "lost", as Maine has strange laws concerning medical records (If I Could Go Elsewhere For All Medical Treatment This Issue Alone Would Prompt Me To Do So!) I have no presumed medical rights under Emmons -v- Peet (I have ..."Because of protected property rights...no right to adequate medical health care" to quote the case law). Therefore I cannot sue the doctor for prejudicially deciding I cannot be sick, merely malingering. This means, out of all her patients I'm the one of the class the judges say she can safely ignore.
To a worried mind this might imply the prejudices of the judiciary might in fact serve to punish her for even bothering. In this day and age of malpractice suits, I would wonder if I were a doctor, if bad things don't happen to those that treat those the judges all but say don't bother with their rights aren't protected. You know, like Al Capone might punish a mobster for helping a rat.

You cannot be allergic to sulfur as such - may be some sulfur-containg compounds (e.g. sulfonamides). Obviously you would have to avoid those, but other than that nothing in your question implies any restrictions.
