I'm not sure, and I'm not trying to be mean, but I would say, "I'm out of shape." Try exercising less and build up to a longer routine.

My granddaughter has outgrown it now that she is in her mid-20's but she had what the Dr. called stress-induced asthma. Whether it was from exercise, or getting upset about taking tests, or whatever, almost any stress brought on an asthma attack.
