Can my allergy medicine cause "cotton mouth"?I was taking Singular, Claritin & Benadryl without any problems. I have started taking Zyrtec since it is OTC instead of the Claritin. My allergy-induced asthma symptoms are much better but I seem to have "cotton mouth" and very dry lips now. Is this from the Zyrtec? Is it okay to combine all of these?

Yes allergy meds tend to give you dry mouth. You shouldn't have to combine all of these and I wouldn't do so. Your Dr. should be prescribing an appropriate medication for your asthma symptoms and your allergies.
