My allergies are so bad I just CAN"T take it anymore. I'm getting worse from allergy shots and there is not?one medication that seems to help! I'm constantly stuffed, headachy, fatigued I can't take it!!!

I know excactly where you are coming from. I have a ragweed allergy so I suffer from late September to November. It's horrible and people just don't get how bad it is.
I got a cortizone shot last year and it made a world of difference for me. It can't hurt to try. Hope it works!

Well I also had allergies from gioing downtown and drinking coffee and beer.
To cut a long story short, try going on a low acid diet (just try it)
and check out low oxalate foods as well.
It may or may not help.

this might sound lame and crazy- i have sucktastic allergies, spring to fall, and i read somewhere that you should ingest vitamin c. lots and lots of vitaming c. i thought it was madness cause too much of that stuff is not good, but i gave it a try this last summer, i chewed a 3 or 4 (500g) tablets (like from the co-op, or grocers pharmacy) a day and i had noticably less allergy symptoms, even when i forgot to take the c, i would have a good day. give that a shot?
