To be perfectly blunt, it's however much your doctor prescribes to you. Any prescription will be given based on your need which can involve factors more than just weight, age, and gender and some drugs require blood work to find the appropriate dosage. Online, we would have no access to the basic information that would be required to say what dosage you would need... but moreso, only your doctor can prescribe your needed dose so whatever dose anyone here might say is moot if your doctor won't prescribe that dose for you.
