Shortness of breath before giving speech?Alright so I have my very first speech tomorrow and I'm really nervous.

THE ABSOLUTE MAIN PROBLEM FOR ME WHEN PUBLIC SPEAKING IS THAT I HAVE "SHORTNESS OF BREATH" ]:

how do I fix this issue? I feel that I would be really good at public speaking if I could just get over this obstacle. Is there ANYTHING I can do?!
