High EOS level in blood?

High EOS level in blood?I had a blood test during my physical for nursing school. I had a high EOS level, which the doctor circled and wrote "allergies" next to it. I do not have allergies, nor have ever had an allergic reaction to anything. I don't have asthma either, and have no symptoms of anything. What could this mean?
